Saturday 6 December 2025 - Christmas Concert in St John the Baptist Church, Risca Road, Newport NP20 4LP at 7.30pm

Programme to include: Gloria by Antonio Vivaldi and Alles was Ihr tut by Buxtehude. Besides these Baroque works we shall perform a variety of Christmas music from across the centuries. Among them: Hymn to the Virgin by Benjamin Britten and pieces by living composers, such as John Rutter (who celebrates his 80th birthday this year), Philip Stopford and Eric Whitacre
Soloists: Victoria Illsley (sop), Hannah Williams (sop) and Rhian Humphreys (alto)
The choir will be accompanied by an ensemble of young people from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
The choir is also very fortunate to have choir members who can step forward as soloists. We are pleased to acknowledge Anne Price Jones, Tim Ford and Tony Taylor, our choir solists in this concert.

Wednesday 17th December 2025 - 6pm Carol Concert at Sunnybank Nursing Home, Sunnybank Rd, Griffithstown, Pontypool NP4 5LN

At this concert the choir will sing a selection of carols for the residents of Sunnybank.

Saturday 18th April 2026 - Spring Concert in St John the Baptist Church, Risca Road, Newport NP20 4LP at 7.30pm

Programme includes Lux Aeterna by Morten Lauridsen and Five Hebrew Love Songs by Eric Whitacre, accompanied by strings.

Thursday 21st May - Tuesday 26th May 2026 - Choir Tour to the North-East of England, with concerts in Durham Cathedral and Hexham Abbey.

Saturday 13th June 2026 - 7.30pm St Woolos Cathedral, Newport

This will be a joint concert with Monmouth Male Voice Choir, in aid of the Tymawr Access for All plans.
Tymawr aims to make sure that no-one is prevented from coming to use their Chapel in Monmouth because they are unable to manage steps, uneven floors and an inaccessible toilet.
Access for All is a project supported by Archbishop Cherry Vann.

Thursday 2nd July - 7pm Usk Choral Festival in The Sessions House, Maryport Street, Usk NP15 1AD
